May 24 (SeeNews) - The total net assets of Croatian pension funds reached 19.468 billion euro ($20.9 billion) at the end of April, up some 5.5% year-on-year, official data showed on Wednesday.
On a monthly comparison base, the net assets of Croatian pension funds were 0.91% higher at the end of April, according to figures released by the country's financial regulator, Hanfa.
The Adriatic country of some 3.89 million people had 2.195 million members of its 12 mandatory pension funds in April, as well as 379,625 members of its eight open-end voluntary pension funds and 47,679 members of its 21 closed-end voluntary pension funds.
