March 23 (SeeNews) - The total net assets of Croatian pension funds reached 19.112 billion euro ($20.8 billion) at the end of February, up 4.6% year-on-year, official data showed on Thursday.
On a monthly comparison base, the net assets of Croatian pension funds were 0.64% higher at the end of February, according to figures released by the country's financial regulator, Hanfa.
The Adriatic country of some 3.89 million people had 2.188 million members of its 12 mandatory pension funds in February, as well as 376,348 members of its eight open-end voluntary pension funds and 47,630 members of its 21 closed-end voluntary pension funds.
