March 6 (SeeNews) - The total net assets of Croatian pension funds reached 18.991 billion euro ($20.3 billion) at the end of January, up 1.5% year-on-year, official data showed on Monday.
On a monthly comparison base, the net assets of Croatian pension funds were 2.1% higher at the end of January, according to figures released by the country's financial regulator, Hanfa.
The Adriatic country of some 3.89 million people had 2.184 million members of its 12 mandatory pension funds in January, as well as 375,569 members of its eight open-end voluntary pension funds and 47,713 members of its 21 closed-end voluntary pension funds.
