March 7 (SeeNews) - The average price per one square metre of new dwellings sold in Croatia increased 20.2% on the year to 16,489 kuna ($2,316/2,188 euro) last year, following an annual increase of 7.8% in 2021, the country's statistical office said on Tuesday.
The average price per one sq. m. of new dwellings stood at 19,422 kuna in Zagreb and 14,087 in the other towns, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics said in a six-month report.
A total of 3,910 new dwellings with an overall useful floor area of 274,424 sq. m. were sold last year in the Adriatic country, including 1,741 ones in the capital Zagreb and 2,169 ones in other towns
