November 20 (SeeNews) - Croatian lender Hrvatska Postanska Banka [ZSE:HPB-R-A] said on Thursday it is planning a 60 million euro ($75.1 million) subordinated bond issue with a foreign currency clause
The bonds, denominated in euro and payable in kuna, will mature in 2020, HNB said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse, adding that the eventual issue amount will depend on investor interest.
The lender plans to seek the listing of the bonds on the Zagreb bourse.
In late 2013, an attempt to sell the government's 99.13% stake in HPB failed after Croatia rejected the only binding bid it got which was filed by Erste Bank.
