ZAGREB (Croatia), September 17 (SeeNews) – Croatian IT publisher Vidi Grupacija has signed a contract for the acquisition of local publishing house MobilMedia, the latter said.
This acquisition combines more than 200,000 users of Vidi’s on-line services and printed media with over 30,000 readers of MobilMedia magazines and more than 25,000 registered users of MobilMedia's on-line forum, MobilMedia said in a statement posted on its website on Wednesday.

The value of the deal was not disclosed.
The deal opens new opportunities for readers and users who are interested in high technology, computers, Internet and mobile phones, the statement added.
Vidi is a leading Croatian computer publisher and hi-tech media house specialized in issuing Information Technology publications (paper and on-line) as well as in providing consulting services for local and international ICT companies.
