September 17 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) ended in positive territory on Friday amid losses in food and pharmaceuticals producer Podravka [ZSE:PODR] and gains in telecom Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT], bourse data showed.
The ZSE's blue-chip 18-share benchmark CROBEX ended at 1,968.66 points, unchanged from the closing value on Thursday.
The narrower of the ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the top companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, gained 0.13% to finish at 1,204.71 points.
Just like on Thursday, Podravka was the most traded share generating a turnover of 8.8 million kuna ($1.4 million/1.2 million euro). Its shares dipped 0.33% to end at 598 kuna.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares advanced 1.32% to end at 192 kuna on a turnover of 1.5 million kuna.
Shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] rose 1.23% to end at 495 kuna in a turnover of 1.2 million kuna.
The ZSE's turnover totalled 15.6 million kuna on Friday, slightly down from 16.7 million kuna on Thursday.
Following a regular revision of the share indices after the end of the trading session on September 17, the indices will be calculated with new constituents as of September 20.
