June 5 (SeeNews) - The commercial court in Rijeka has postponed a hearing on the launch of bankruptcy proceedings against Croatia's troubled 3 Maj shipyard, the company said on Wednesday.
The new hearing is scheduled for July 4 at 11:00 CET, 3 Maj said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
3 Maj is part of Croatia's troubled shipbuilding group Uljanik Group, which is already under bankruptcy proceedings.
In March, prime minister Andrej Plenkovic said the government had spent 9 billion kuna ($1.4 billion/1.2 billion euro) between 1992 and 2017 for the recovery of 3 Maj.
