December 19 (SeeNews) - Croatian confectionery producer Kras [ZSE:KRAS] raised its own shareholding and as of December 14 held 78,710 of its own shares, representing 5.7301% of the company's share capital, it said on Tuesday.
Kras acquired 97 shares, representing 0.0071% of the stake capital, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Kras is the one of the leading confectionery producers in Southeast Europe. Apart from its factories in Zagreb, the company owns two more factories for biscuits and waffles in Osjek in Croatia and in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
