November 9 (SeeNews) - Passenger numbers at Croatia's airports rose to 8.996 million in the first nine months of 2018, up 10.4% on the year, the country's statistical office said on Friday.
The total number of landings and take-offs at the Adriatic country's nine airports increased 7.7% to 104,120 in the nine months through September, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics said in a statement.
Cargo traffic at the Croatian airports grew 33.1% year-on-year to 9,119 tonnes.
In September alone, passenger traffic rose 9.7% to 1.435 million.
