October 12 (SeeNews) - Passenger numbers at Croatia's airports rose to 7.6 million in the first eight months of 2018, up 10.5% on the year, the country's statistical office said on Friday.
The total number of landings and take-offs at the Adriatic country's nine airports increased 6.5% to 88,654 in the eight months through August, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics said in a statement.
Cargo traffic at the Croatian airports grew 41.2% year-on-year to 7,901 tonnes.
In August alone, passenger traffic rose 7.6% to 1.8 million.
