June 5 (SeeNews) - Split-based boat charter company Croatia Yachting said it has acquired peer Odisej Yachting to further strengthen its position as a sector leader in the country.
“With this acquisition, we continue growing our fleet, strengthening our presence in the most attractive nautical centers on the Adriatic, such as the Sibenik archipelago, and gain direct access to clients in the Polish market interested in our charter management program for Bali catamarans - Bali Yachting World,” Croatia Yachting said in a statement published on its website.

Croatia Yachting’s fleet consist of 140 yachts of an average age of under three years and includes the full range of Bali catamaran models, besides other brands from its portfolio like as Hanse, Dehler, Ryck, Sealine, and Fjord.
Odisej Yachting has been operating for 20 years in the Croatian and Polish markets as a dealer for Bali catamarans. The charter company counts 18 boats in its fleet housed at D-Marin Mandalina, in Sibenik.
According to data from the Croatian court registry, the previous owner of Odisej Yachting was businessman Marek Michal Stryjecki. The commercial court in Zadar registered Croatia Yachting as new owner of Odisej Yachting on May 19.
