March 29 (SeeNews) - Croatia's state-run center for enterprise restructuring and privatisation, CERP, said it plans to auction off minority stakes in several local hotel operators with a combined worth of over 21 million kuna ($3 million/2.8 million euro) on April 5.
CERP plans to sell a total of 214,015 shares in local hotel Medena in five equal packages with a starting price of 2.6 million kuna each, it said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse earlier this week.

A total of 230,507 shares in hotel operator Hoteli Zivogosce are being offered for sale in two blocks with a starting price of 2.3 million kuna each.
The minimum price for 36,922 shares in hotel operator HTP Korcula is set at 2.7 million kuna, while 203,885 shares in peer Medora hoteli i ljetovalista divided into two blocks are for sale for a minimum of 1.7 million kuna each.
Only all-or-none bids will be accepted.
