May 17 (SeeNews) - Croatia's state property ministry has said it is inviting bids in a tender for the sale of Hotel Hrvatska, in the seaside town of Baska Voda, for a minimum price of 42.4 million kuna ($6.8 million/5.7 million euro).
In a tender notice issued last week the ministry also said it is leasing out three state-held tourist properties.

Hotel Hrvatska is located on Adriatic Sea shore, close to the central part of Baska Voda. The hotel was previously used by the army.
The ministry is offering to lease out vacation properties on the small island of Smokvica, in the Sibenik-Knin County, for a period of 30 years for a fee of 4.9 million kuna per year. The island features vacation homes, luxury facilities and a heliport, and was previously rented by the owner of Croatia's ailing Agrokor concern, Ivica Todoric, and his family.
The ministry is also offering on lease tourist resort Perna, encompassing Komodor hotel and camp Orebic, close to the town of Orebic in the Dubrovnik-Neretva county. The minimum rent sought is 8.04 million kuna per year.
The ministry is also offering to lease out holiday village Uvala Slana with apartments in the seaside town of Selce. The minimum rent price per year is set at 943,000 kuna.
The deadline in all four tenders is June 20.
