April 13 (SeeNews) - Insurance company Croatia Osiguranje [ZSE:CROS2] said on Thursday it plans to distribute a dividend of 14.86 euro ($16.4) per preference share for last year.
The company’s total net profit of 41.5 million euro for 2022 will be retained, it said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
A total of 980,000 euro will be paid out in dividend and reservations for it have been made in the company’s annual financial statement for 2022, it added.
The company paid out the same dividend per preference share in each of 2019, 2020 and 2021.
Shareholders will vote on the proposed dividend distribution at a meeting on May 31. Ex-dividend date is June 5, record date is June 6 and payment date is June 28.
Croatia Osiguranje's ordinary shares [ZSE:CROS] traded 2.42% higher at 845 euro on the ZSE intraday on Thursday.
The insurer's preference shares [ZSE:CROS2] last traded on Wednesday, ending 5.56% lower at 850 euro.
