September 26 (SeeNews) - Insurer Croatia Osiguranje said on Wednesday it has absorbed its credit insurance unit unit Croatia Osiguranje Kredita.
The Central Depository and Clearing Company, SKDD, is due to enter the merger into its register on November 1, following which Croatia Osiguranje Kredita's shares will be excluded from its depository service, Croatia Osiguranje said in a Zagreb bourse filing.
