November 11 (SeeNews) - Following are some of the main stories carried by the online versions of Croatian media on Wednesday morning. SeeNews has not verified these reports and cannot vouch for their accuracy.
- A year after Croatian civil engineering company IGH signed a deal for the Zagrepcanka development site in the capital Zagreb, agreeing to pay municipal company Zagreb Holding 45.6 million euro for half of the attractive land plot, that contractual obligation is yet to be honored. The payment deadline was extended late last year due to solvency issues and the crisis on the real estate market, but two months prior to the expiry of the new deadline, IGH is still not sure whether it will have the necessary cash. Zagreb Holding is in a position to retain a deposit of 2.0 million euro and a 6.0% interest income totalling 2.7 million euro, the Holding’s spokesperson, Dusan Viro, said.
- Adriastar Hotels and resorts recently took over the management of sales and marketing of the luxurious Grand Hotel Palazzo in Porec, on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula.
