October 29 (SeeNews) - Croatia's state property ministry has received three binding bids in a tender for the sale of Hotel Hrvatska, in the seaside town of Baska Voda.
The bids were placed by Croatian companies Maros Nekretnine, Adria Cost Turizam and Marea Alta, the ministry said in a statement on Friday.

Maros Nekretnine has offered 36.5 million kuna ($5.6 million/4.9 million euro) for the acqusition of the hotel, while the bids placed by Adria Cost Turizam and Marea Alta amount to 42.4 million kuna and 46.1 million kuna, respectively, the state property ministry said.
The ministry launched the tender, with a starting price of 35.9 million kuna, on September 13.
Hotel Hrvatska is located on Adriatic Sea shore, close to the central part of Baska Voda. The hotel was previously used by the army.
