August 24 (SeeNews) - Cosmetics producer Bulgarian Rose [BUL:ROZA] reported a sales revenue of about 2.02 million levs ($1.2 million/1 million euro) for the first seven months of 2021, meeting its sales forecast of 2.01 million levs for the period.
Bulgarian Rose booked a preliminary gross profit of 203,000 levs in the January-July period of 2021, the company said in a bourse filing on Friday.
August sales are projected at 368,000 levs, while sales in the first eight months of 2021 are expected to amount to about 2.4 million levs, the company said.
Karlovo-based Bulgarian Rose, established in 1948, manufactures cosmetic products for face, body, and hair using rose oil and locally-grown herbs. The company is part of local blue-chip industrial group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:SPH].
