April 20 (SeeNews) - Cosmetics producer Bulgarian Rose [BUL:ROZA] said on Wednesday its sales revenue came in at 1.6 million levs ($884,900/818,100 euro) in the first quarter of 2022, beating its 998,000 levs target.
Bulgarian Rose recorded a preliminary profit of 96,000 levs in the January-March period, it said in a bourse filing.
Sales in the first four months of this year are projected at 2.2 million levs, the company added.
Karlovo-based Bulgarian Rose, established in 1948, manufactures cosmetic products for face, body and hair using rose oil and locally-grown herbs. The company is part of local industrial group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:SPH].
