SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 22 (SeeNews) - Cosmetics producer Bulgarian Rose [BUL:ROZA] said on Friday it recorded a sales revenue of 2.8 million levs ($1.7 million/1.4 million euro) for the first nine months of 2021, beating its 2.7 million levs sales forecast for the period.
Bulgarian Rose booked a preliminary gross profit of 401,000 levs for the January-September period of 2021, the company said in a bourse filing.
October sales are projected at 251,000 levs, which would take sales for the first ten months to just over 3.0 million levs, the company said.
Karlovo-based Bulgarian Rose, established in 1948, manufactures cosmetic products for face, body, and hair using rose oil and locally-grown herbs. The company is part of local industrial group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:SPH].
