Croatian oil and gas company INA [ZSE:INA-R-A] said on Friday it intends to distribute a dividend of 62.27 kuna ($8.8/8.2 euro) per share for last year, down from 125 kuna per share it paid for 2018.
Under a proposal of its management and the supervisory board, the company plans to allocate a total of 622.7 million kuna to dividend payment, INA said in a statement with the Zagreb bourse.
Last year, INA paid out an overall 1.25 billion kuna from its 2018 net profit as dividend.
INA has reported that its consolidated net profit dropped to 486 million kuna last year, from 1.178 billion kuna in 2018, even though net sales rose 1% to 22.6 billion kuna. The unconsolidated net profit fell to 656 million kuna, from 1.334 billion kuna in 2018.
INA's shares traded flat at 3,000 kuna by 1400 CET on Friday on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
