Arco Capital and Deutsche Asset Management, part of Deutsche Bank Group, are investing 30 million euro ($31.5 million) in the construction of a class A office building in Business Park Sofia, the Business Park operator told SeeNews on Wednesday.
The joint venture - Bulgaria Arco Real Property - is expected to complete the building by end-2018. It will offer 20,800 sq m of office space and an underground parking lot with 260 spaces. A large part of the building has already been pre-leased to large companies, such as KPMG IT Service and Bulpros Consulting.
This will be the first new building in Business Park Sofia since 2009.
Business Park Sofia is the largest office park in Southeast Europe and currently consists of 14 buildings with a total built-up area of 186,300 sq m.
