Bulgaria's Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV] said on Tuesday that local diversified group Donev Investments Holding has sold 567 shares in Doverie at a weighted average price of 3.15 levs ($1.88/1.61 euro) apiece.
Donev Investments Holding sold the shares in three transactions on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Monday, Doverie United Holding said in a bourse filing.
The number of shares sold represents a 0.0030% stake in Doverie United Holding.
At the end of June, Donev Investments Holding held directly a stake of under 5% in Doverie United Holding.
The CEO of Donev Investments Holding - Ivan Donev, is also a member of Doverie United Holding's supervisory board. Donev Investments Holding is the largest shareholder in pharmaceuticals producer Sopharma [BUL:3JR], which in turn is the largest shareholder in Doverie United Holding.
As at 12:45 CET on Tuesday, Doverie United Holding's shares traded 0.95% lower at a price of 3.12 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
