March 30 (SeeNews) - The number of people infected with the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Slovenia rose to 756 by Monday morning, up by 26 from a day earlier, the government in Ljubljana said.
The number of deaths remained unchanged at 11, as 28 people are under intensive care and 115 are being hospitalised, the government said on a website it has created to monitor the coronavirus spread in the country.
The latest count is based on the test results of 21,349 people.
Earlier this month, health minister Tomaz Gantar warned that the number of people infected by the coronavirus in the country is probably five times the officially confirmed cases.
The first confirmed coronavirus case in Slovenia was reported on March 4.
