May 15 (SeeNews) - Opportunity Bulgaria Investment [BUL:I67] said on Tuesday that following its recent capital hike, local asset management services firm Compass Invest has increased the stake it holds in the company to 20.08% from 12.60%.
Opportunity Bulgaria Investment did not provide any further details in its statement.

Last week, Sofia-based Opportunity Bulgaria Investment said it has increased its capital to 3.4 million levs ($2.1 million/1.7 million euro) from 850,000 levs via a new share issue.
In its capital hike prospectus, Opportunity Bulgaria Investment said that it is planning to invest the proceeds from the capital increase in the purchase of shares and bonds of companies operating in several sectors of the economy.
The company will primarily seek to invest in companies operating in the banking, non-banking, pharmaceuticals, private healthcare and real estate sectors, as well as in real estate investment trusts, according to the prospectus.
