November 21 (SeeNews) - Telenor Bulgaria, part of Czech-owned PPF Group, has signed a 2.3 million levs ($1.3 million/1.2 million euro) contract to provide telecommunications services to CEZ Distribution Bulgaria [BUL:3CZ], the power utility said on Thursday.
Three companies submitted offers in the procedure for awarding the contract, CEZ Distribution Bulgaria said in a notice.
The deal was signed on November 14, according to the notice.
CEZ Distribution Bulgaria operates the power grid in the Sofia region and parts of western and northern Bulgaria.
