September 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:SFA] said on Tuesday that its CEO Ognyan Donev sold 14,104 shares in the company at an average weighted price of 3.67 levs ($2.23/1.88 euro) apiece.
Donev sold the shares through several deals on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on September 3, the company said in a bourse filing.

The respective shares represent a 0.010% stake in the capital of the company.
As at 13:30 CET on Tuesday, shares in Sopharma traded 0.55% higher at 3.68 levs on the floor of the Sofia bourse.`
