December 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:SFA] said on Thursday that its CEO Ognyan Donev bought 2,740,000 shares in the company at an average weighted price of 4.26 levs ($2.47/2.18 euro) apiece.
Donev acquired the shares in 16 deals on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 1, the company said in a bourse filing.
As at 15:35 CET on Thursday, shares in Sopharma traded 0.46% lower at 4.36 levs on the Sofia bourse.
