February 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate investment company Infinity Capital [BUL:INF] said that last week its CEO Georgi Dimitrov bought a total of 20,000 shares in the company.
Dimitrov acquired 3,000 shares in the company on January 30 and a further 17,000 on January 31, Infinity Capital said in separate bourse filings last week.

Shares in Infinity Capital closed at 1.80 levs ($1.01/0.92 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on January 30 and at 1.78 levs on January 31, bourse data showed.
Infinity Capital, set up in December 2019, is majority-owned by GD Capital Management, property of its CEO Georgi Dimitrov. The company's capital is divided into 1.45 million shares with a par value of 1 lev each.
