September 21 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:SFA] said on Tuesday that its CEO Ognyan Donev has bought 107,712 shares in the company at an average weighted price of 3.70 levs ($2.20/1.90 euro) apiece.
Donev acquired the shares through several deals on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on September 20, the company said in a bourse filing.

On Monday, drug trader Sopharma Trading [BUL:SFT], a majority-owned unit of Sopharma, said that Donev sold 50,000 shares in the company at a weighted average price 5.15 levs per share. Donev is chairman of Sopharma Trading's board of directors.
As at 12:30 CET on Tuesday, shares in Sopharma traded flat at 3.70 levs on the Sofia bourse.
