SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 17 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria’s real estate investment trust (REIT) Super Borovets Property Fund [BUL:6SB] said Central Cooperative Bank [BUL:4CF] has decreased its stake in the company to 3.278% from 9.943%.
Central Cooperative Bank is now holding 530,300 Super Borovets Property Fund shares, the REIT said in a statement on Monday.

On Tuesday, Super Borovets Property Fund said minority shareholder Bulcontract-2003 has decreased its stake in the company to 28.58% from 30.14%.
Super Borovets Property Fund has increased its capital to 16.2 million levs ($9.7 million/8.3 million euro) from 10.6 million levs via a new share issue, Bulgaria's financial regulator said earlier this month.
