August 12 (SeeNews) - Cement producer Cemex said on Wednesday it has signed an agreement to sell to Hungarian peer Duna-Drava Cement its operations in Croatia, including its assets in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia.
According to the agreement, the assets, consisting of three cement plants, two aggregate quarries and seven ready-mix plants, will be sold for approximately 230.9 million euro ($256.97 million), Cemex said in a statement.

Duna-Drava Cement is part of Germany's HeidelbergCement.
