January 12 (SeeNews) - Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) [BUL:4CF] rose the most among blue chips on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) for a second consecutive trading session, bourse data showed on Friday.
Central Cooperative Bank closed 4.0% higher at 2.08 levs ($1.3/1.1 euro) on Friday, in a trading volume of 62,147 shares.
On Thursday, CCB closed 3.9% higher at 2.0 levs in the day's largest trading volume of 86,088 shares.
The blue-chip SOFIX index increased 1.03% to 710.02 points on Friday after rising by 0.69% on Thursday.
The broader BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, added 0.84% to 137.48 points, following a 0.55% increase on Thursday.
The BG-REIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts, fell 0.71% to 116.36 points on Friday, after closing 0.27% higher in the previous trading session.
The BG TotalReturn30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, grew 0.67% to 574.78 points, after increasing by 0.40% on Thursday.
Total trading turnover on the Sofia exchange's regulated market fell to 980,500 levs on Friday from 1.09 million levs on Thursday.
Industrial group Chimimport [BUL:6C4] was the most traded blue chip on Friday, as 164,911 of its share changed hands at an average price of 2.2888 levs.
Software developer Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SKK] fell the most among blue chips on Friday, closing 1.85% lower at 1.06 levs.
