June 21 (SeeNews) - Romanian real estate developer Camicna Development said on Tuesday it is investing 25 million euro ($26 million) in a luxury residential complex in northern Bucharest.
The Acmanic complex will feature 51 duplex apartments, Camicna Development said in a press release.
The project is expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2023.
"The luxury residential market in Bucharest is going through its best period in history, with a market share of approximately 4.6% of the new offer, i.e. over 1,500 premium and luxury homes under construction, a record for the segment," project real estate consultant SVN Romania CEO Andrei Sarbu said.
Founded in 2015, Camicna is specialised in the development and rehabilitation of residential and non-residential buildings, according to its website.
