BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), November 29 (SeeNews) – Italian apparel company Calzedonia is planning to open plants in Bosnia's municipalities Gradiska and Novi Grad, local media reported on Wednesday.
Calzedonia is currently negotiating the purchase of a plot in Gradiska and plans to begin the preparation of construction documents early next year, news site ekapija.com said.
In Novi Grad, the company has already purchased premises for its plant via its Bosnian-based daughter company Ella Textile.
According to ekapija.com, Calzedonia will employ some 300 to 400 people in Gradiska.
The company already runs several factories in Bosnia's neighbouring Serbia.
