March 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Sever Holding said on Tuesday that it has received a draft buyout offer from its majority owner Zora 2005, which is planning to offer 3.65 levs ($2.12/1.87 euro) per each of the 258,185 shares in Sever Holding that it does not currently own.
Zora 2005 currently holds a 66.93% stake in the holding company, Sever Holding said in a bourse filing.

Zora 2005 does not intend to delist Sever Holding from the Financial Supervision Commission's register of public companies after the buyout offer.
Sever Holding shares closed unchanged at 3.66 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Monday.
Zora 2005 is a wholly-owned unit of local Bulcontract-2003, which in turn is fully owned by Russia's Antik Turs.
