April 23 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria’s Zlaten Lev Holding [BUL:3Z3] said on Monday it will pay a gross dividend of 0.08 levs ($0.05/0.041 euro) per share for 2017, down from 0.33 levs it paid a year earlier.
The distribution of a total of 518,556 levs as dividend for 2017 was approved by the company’s shareholders on April 23, Zlaten Lev Holding said in a bourse filing.
The dividend will be paid out from the company's net profit for 2017 and undistributed profit from previous years.
Zlaten Lev Holding will start paying out the dividend on May 1.
In 2017, the company's net profit fell to 343,000 levs, from a net profit of 2.5 million levs in 2016, according to its consolidated financial statement.
