SOFIA (Bulgaria), August 16 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian diversified group Zenit Agroholding [BUL:5Z2] decided on Wednesday to sell all 408,196 shares in Zlaten Lev Holding [BUL:3Z3] it owns, equivalent to a 6.3% stake in the company, Zenit Agroholding said in a bourse filing.
Zlaten Lev Holding shares were last traded on the base market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 0.645 levs ($0.39/0.33 euro) apiece, according to bourse data.
