SOFIA (Bulgaria), August 22 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria’s Zlaten Lev Holding [BUL:3Z3] said on Tuesday that local diversified group Zenit Agroholding [BUL:5Z2] has sold 88,500 of the shares it held in the company for 0.64 levs ($0.38/0.33 euro) apiece.
Following the transaction, Zenit Agroholding’s stake in the company fell below 5%, Zlaten Lev Holding said in a bourse filing.

Last week, Zenit Agroholding said it has decided to sell all 408,196 shares in Zlaten Lev Holding [BUL:3Z3] it owns, equivalent to a 6.3% stake in the company.
