June 24 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian confectionery producer Zaharni Zavodi [BUL:3Z9] said that its shareholders have approved a gross dividend payout of 0.01345 levs ($0.008/0.007 euro) per share for 2018.
The company skipped dividend distribution for 2017.
Zaharni Zavodi will distribute some 150,000 levs as dividend for last year, the company said in a bourse filing on Friday.
Zaharni Zavodi shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 2.5 levs apiece.
The confectionery maker turned to a non-consolidated net loss of 437,000 levs in 2018 from 941,000 levs in 2017.
Zaharni Zavodi operates several production facilities, including a sugar refinery, confectionery plant and ethanol production installation.
