May 21 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian confectionery producer Zaharni Zavodi [BUL:3Z9] said that it is proposing to its shareholders to distribute a gross dividend of 0.01345 levs ($0.008/0.007 euro) per share for 2018.
The company skipped dividend distribution for 2017.
Under the proposal, Zaharni Zavodi will distribute some 150,000 levs as dividend for last year, the company said in a bourse filing on Monday.
Zaharni Zavodi shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 2.7 levs apiece.
The confectionery maker turned to a non-consolidated net loss of 437,000 levs in 2018 from 941,000 levs in 2017.
Zaharni Zavodi operates several production facilities, including a sugar refinery, confectionery plant and ethanol production installation.
