SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 2 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian sugar and candy maker Zaharni Zavodi [BUL:3Z9] has increased its capital to 11.1 million levs ($6.7 million/5.7 million euro) from 8.3 million levs via a new share issue, the Bulgarian Stock Exchange said.
The company has submitted an application for admission to trading of 2.8 million new shares, the Sofia bourse said in a statement on Wednesday.
In July, Zaharni Zavodi said it plans to increase its capital through a bonus share issue of 2.8 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each.
Existing shareholders would receive one share from the bonus issue for every 3 shares they owned as at August 25, the company said at the time.
