December 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Sila Holding [BUL:6S5] said on Wednesday that local investment company Zagora Fininvest has decreased its stake to 5.0% from 9.4%.
Following the transaction, Zagora Fininvest owns 1.84 million Sila Holding shares, the Sofia-based group said in a statement.

Last week, Sila Holding said Zagora Fininvest has acquired a 9.4% stake in the company.
Last month, Sila Holding [BUL:6S5] raised 33.7 million levs ($20.3 million/17.2 million euro) in a capital hike via the issuance of 16.85 million new shares.
