SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 4 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian diversified group Sila Holding [BUL:6S5] said on Monday that local investment company Zagora Fininvest has acquired a 9.4% stake in the group for an undisclosed sum.
Zagora Fininvest has acquired 3.46 million Sila Holding shares, the Sofia-based group said in a statement.

Last month, Sila Holding [BUL:6S5] raised 33.7 million levs ($20.3 million/17.2 million euro) in a capital hike via the issuance of 16.85 million new shares.
