SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria’s electricity production fell by an annual 3.38% to 38,368 GWh in the January 1 - November 17 period of 2019, according to data from the country's Electricity System Operator (ESO).
Electricity exports decreased 22.56% to 5,262 GWh in the period under review, data from ESO's weekly bulletin showed.
Domestic power consumption edged up 0.58% to 33,106 GWh.
The volume of renewable energy in the transmission system fell 1.67% year-on-year to 1,052 GWh, while the volume of renewable energy in the distribution system rose by 10.57% year-on-year to 1,644 GWh.
