December 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Yambol municipality said on Monday that it has signed a 4.2 million levs ($2.4 million/2.1 million euro) waste collection contract with a tie-up comprising four local companies.
Sort Commerce, Komunalna Tehnika, Green Projects Consulting, and Eco S Management form the tie-up, Yambol municipality said in a notice.
The tie-up submitted the sole offer in the tender for awarding the contract.
According to registry agency data, Sort Commerce and Green Projects Consulting own stakes of 33.33% each in the tie-up, Komunalna Tehnika holds 32.34%, while Eco S Management has 1%.
