September 26 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian retail group Videolux Holding will open on September 28 a retail park in the southern city of Haskovo after investing some 25 million levs ($13.6 million/12.8 million euro) in the project, a company representative told SeeNews on Tuesday.
Holiday Park Haskovo, the largest retail park in the region, spans a total of 36,000 sq m, with a commercial area of 16,400 sq m, the company representative said in response to a SeeNews enquiry.
The retail park has 14 stores for homeware, family and leisure goods and offers 270 parking spots.
Videolux Holding, the parent company of DIY retail chain Praktiker and consumer electronics store network Technopolis, plans to next open Holiday Park locations in the cities of Vratsa, Sofia and Ruse.
In June, Videolux opened a retail park worth 40 million levs in Pernik, near Sofia.
