January 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian self-managed alternative investment fund VF Alternative [BUL:2YH] said that its shareholders have approved a proposal to increase its capital by 1.0 million levs ($570,600/511,300 euro) via a new share issue.
VF Alternative will hike capital to 5.0 million levs through the offering of 100 shares at a price of 18,000 levs per share, the company said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The new shares carry a nominal value of 10,000 levs apiece.
VF Alternative's shares started trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) in May 2019.
