January 25 (SeeNews) - Veolia Energy Varna, the heating utility company serving the Bulgarian city of Varna, said it awarded a 8.9 million levs ($5.1 million/4.5 million euro) services contract to local company Filter.
The awarded company will be responsible for the supply of materials and spare parts for five INNIO Jenbacher cogenerators, as well as planned maintenance of a cogenerating unit and a planned overhaul of three other units, Veolia Energy Varna said in a notice last week.
The deal was signed on December 30, with Filter submitting the sole offer in the tender.
